Fase 1b/2 studie (dosis escalatie en expansie) naar JDQ443 monotherapie en in combinatie met TNO155 na standard of care behandeling
Intervention
Arm A: JDQ443 monotherapie, KRAS G12C behandeling naief
Arm B: JDQ443 + TNO155 combinatietherapie zowel KRASG12C naief als behandeld

Gemetastaseerd NSCLC met KRAS G12C mutatie na standard of care
Arm A: KRAS G12C zonder voorbehandeling met KRAS G12C remmer
Arm B: Mag ook na behandeling met KRAS G12C remmer.
Key exclusion criteria
Andere mutatie waarvoor doelgerichte therapie beschikbaar is.
Symptomatische hersenmetastasen of onbehandelde hersenmetastasen
