Fase 1 onderzoek naar veiligheid en farmacokinetiek van MK-4464 monotherapie of in combinatie met pembrolizumab.
Intervention
Arm A: MK-4464 monotherapie
Arm B: MK-4464 icm pembrolizumab
Arm C: 1e cyclus radioactief MK-4464 daarna MK-4464 icm pembrolizumab
Key outcome parameters
Veiligheid en verdraagzaamheid van MK-4464.
Beoordeling van aanbevolen fase II dosis en maximaal verdraagbare dosis.
Key inclusion criteria
NSCLC na eerdere behandeling of niet geschikt voor standaard behandeling.
Key exclusion criteria
Symptomatische of actieve hersenmetastasen. (Asymptomatische hersenmetastasen die behandeld zijn en tenminste 4 weken stabile mag wel)
Auto-immuunziekte waarvoor afgelopen 2 jaar behandeling.
