- SGN-PDL1V is een type geneesmiddel dat een antilichaam-drug-conjugaat dat bindt aan PD-L1 met een MMAE payload.

| Key inclusion criteria |
- NSCLC na standard of care therapy en geen mogelijkheid voor doelgerichte therapie.
- Dosis escalatie cohort PD-L1 > 1%
|
| Key exclusion criteria |
- Actieve onbehandelde of symptomatische hersenmetastasen.
- Ongecontroleerde diabetes mellitus (HgbA1c >8%).
- CVA, TIA of cardiovasculair event < 6 maanden.
