- Evaluatie van voorspellende biomarkers (TMB-H) naar de respons op behandeling met Pembrolizumab.

- Pembrolizumab 400mg elke 6 weken.

- Overall response rate op Pembrolizumab.

| Key inclusion criteria |
- PD-L1 expressie
- TMB-H (maar geen dMMR/MSI-H)
|
| Key exclusion criteria |
- NSCLC
- Eerdere behandeling met PD-L1 remmer of vergelijkbare immuuntherapie (ipilimumab).
- Auto-immuunziekte of behandeling met corticosteroiden.
- Bekende hersenmetastasen (mag wel als behandeld en stabiel).
