| Design |
- Fase 1 studie naar biologische beschikbaarheid van U3-1042 CTM-3. Daarnaast beoordeling veiligheid en verdraagzaamheid.

| Intervention |
- U3-1402 5.6mg/kg intraveneus elke drie weken
|
| Key outcome parameters |
- Beoordelen van de relatieve biologische beschikbaarheid van U3-1402 CTM-3 ten opzichte van CTM-1 tijdens cyclus 1.
|
| Key inclusion criteria |
- 1e lijn systemische therapie met platinum chemotherapie.
- NSCLC alle histologische typen met EGFR mutatie
|
| Key exclusion criteria |
- Onbehandelde symptomatische hersenmetastasen. Of anti-epileptica en corticosteroiden noodzakelijk.
- Hartinfarct < 6 maanden geleden.
- Geleidingsstoornissen inclusief linker bundel tak blok.
- Recent longembolie (< 3 maanden).
- Pneumonectomie.
