Design
  • Fase 1 onderzoek naar veiligheid en farmacokinetiek van MK-4464 monotherapie of in combinatie met pembrolizumab.
Intervention
  • Arm A: MK-4464 monotherapie
  • Arm B: MK-4464 icm pembrolizumab
  • Arm C: 1e cyclus radioactief MK-4464 daarna MK-4464 icm pembrolizumab
Key outcome parameters
  • Veiligheid en verdraagzaamheid van MK-4464.
  • Beoordeling van aanbevolen fase II dosis en maximaal verdraagbare dosis.
Key inclusion criteria
  • NSCLC na eerdere behandeling of niet geschikt voor standaard behandeling.
Key exclusion criteria
  • Symptomatische of actieve hersenmetastasen. (Asymptomatische hersenmetastasen die behandeld zijn en tenminste 4 weken stabile mag wel)
  • Auto-immuunziekte waarvoor afgelopen 2 jaar behandeling.
  • Bestraling op long met >30Gy afgelopen 6 maanden.
